MICROEMULSIONS (M.E.)
M.E. formulations are usually oil dispersed in water or water dispersed in oil type. The oil phase is a liquid or a solid technical in solution with a water-insoluble organic solvent. The droplet size of M.E. formulations ranges from 1-10 µm that enhances its bio-efficacy and makes it thermodynamically stable over a wide temperature range.
WETTING AGENT
Wetting agent increases the penetrating and spreading properties of a liquid by lowering the surface tension.
DEFOAMER
A defoamer is a chemical additive that reduces foam formation or breaks already existing foams in liquids.
STABILIZERS
Stabilizers are chemical additives used to help maintain the formulations and technical properties until the consumer uses them.
